Topping online can save you a lot of time and effort. You can start by registering your details so you don’t need to register next time you top up then it’s a very straightforward process from there. Just make sure to have your keypad number and other account details to hand when topping up online. Alternatively, you can top-up as a guest. Either way, you won’t need to move off your sofa or leave the house to top-up. It’s so easy!
Top-Up Over the Phone or At Your Local Paypoint Outlet
If you’re unable to top-up online, you can always top-up using our automated phone line. This is particularly useful if you’re out and about, doing the shopping or just prefer using the phone over your laptop or tablet device. Just make sure to have your account details handy for a swift and easy phone call.
Paypoint Top-Up
Failing all the above, there is also the option of going to your nearest PayPoint outlet to top-up. Just look out for the Paypoint sign which should be made prominent by a PayPoint shop.
Have Your Keypad Meter Number Handy
When you go to top-up your keypad meter, make sure to have your keypad meter number to hand. This is the 19-digit number located at the front of your keypad meter card. You will need it to top up online, over the phone or your nearest Paypoint outlet.
Entering Your Top-Up Code
When topping up via your local Paypoint you will receive a receipt with a top up code to be entered into your keypad meter. Follow our keypad top-up code instructions for any assistance you may need with this.
