1. How will I get my bill after signing up to Business Online?

When you register for Business Online you will have access to all your current and historic bills online in a pdf format. You will receive email notification whenever a new bills is available to view online. You can change your email address for notification purposes or disable bill notifications at any time under Profile settings in Business Online. You will also continue to receive paper bills unless you signed up for paperless billing when registering on Business Online.

2. I have more than one business account. Can I register all my accounts at the same time?

When you register on Business Online please use any one of your accounts on the registration form. Once registered, please login and follow these steps to add additional accounts:

  1. Click Accounts in the top navigation menu
  2. Click Add Account button
  3. Enter details of your additional account
  4. Click Submit.

3. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Here's how to reset your password for Business Online by email:

  1. Visit businessonline.electricireland.ie.
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Type in your email you use for Business Online and click Submit
  4. Check you email inbox and click on the link in the email
  5. Create a new password
