Switching your business to Electric Ireland is easy. We can complete this in six simple steps.

1. You can call us on 0800 056 9914 or let us call you at a time that suits you
2. Over the phone, our representative will recommend the right price plan and make sure it is tailored to your businesses energy needs
3. To make the switch all we need from you is:
   a. Company name, address, contact name and telephone number
   b. Meter reading ( this will speed up the switching process)
   c. MPRN for electricity
   d. SMPRN for gas
   e. Your banking details if you choose to pay your bill by Direct Debit
4. You will then be switched over to Electric Ireland within 1 - 3 weeks. Giving us your meter reading is not essential but will mean the process will be completed faster. You can submit a meter reading here
5. Once you switch, you will be on your new price plan and will receive your first bill within 60 days
