Electric Ireland is our new name for ESB Independent Energy which has been serving the Northern Ireland market for over 10 years. We now supply both the business and residential markets.

To date through our affiliated businesses we have made substantial generation investments in the Northern Ireland electricity infrastructure, ensuring a reliable and quality electricity supply for all customers, thereby creating employment and helping the economy. We are also pleased to announce that we have been awarded a licence to supply gas to business customers in Northern Ireland.
