If you top up using your keypad meter card at a Paypoint outlet, you will get a 20 digit top up code on your receipt each time you top up. You will then need to type this in to your keypad meter to add the credit. If you top up by phone, you will have been given a 20 digit top up code to type in to your meter, have a pen and paper handy to take note of this number. If you top up online you will receive a a 20 digit top up code on the screen when the payment has been confirmed....please do not exit the screen before the payment has been confirmed. If you have registered for an online account to top up your keypad meter, you will see the code on your screen and also receive an email with your top up code.
