I have lost my keypad meter top up card, what do I do?

If you have lost your top up card, please contact our Customer Care team 0345 600 5335 (Monday - Friday 8.30am to 7pm, excluding bank holidays) and we can arrange for a new set of cards to be sent out.

If our offices are closed you can also call NIE networks on 0345 643 643 who will be able to assist your request for a new top up card.
