To sign up for online billing you will need your MPRN number (Meter Point Reference Number).

Your MPRN is an 11 digit number, always beginning with 81 and is unique to your home.

You can find your MPRN:

• On the top right corner of your electricity bill
• On the card left by your meter reader
• Or you can call NIE networks on 03457 643 643 to get your MPRN.

If you have recently moved into a new home the easiest way to get your new MPRN is from the landlord or previous owner.

Sign up for or login to Your Account Online to access your account information when and where you choose.
