Thousands of people made the starting line for Darkness Into Light on Saturday May 12th at 4.15 am at locations across Northern Ireland, and beyond.

The finish line was just the beginning and, as each of us go back into our communities, below are a few top tips for practising self-care and wellbeing in our own lives, and the lives of others.
