Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Switching & Loyalty Bonus

These terms are in addition to Our Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply & Pricing Terms and Conditions.

Switching Bonus

A Switching Bonus applies to new Electric Ireland customers for certain plans. For customers with Credit Meters this will appear on your first bill.

Loyalty Bonus

Electric Ireland would like to reward our customer with the following bonus payments:
Your £5 Direct Debit Reward will be applied to your first bill when you switch to Electric Ireland. If you cancel your Direct Debit, your £5 Direct Debit bonus will be debited from your account.
Your £5 Online Billing Reward will be applied to your bill when you switch to Electric Ireland. If you do not activate your Online Account within the first 3 months the £5 bonus will be debited from your account.

Exit Fee

An exit fee of £40 is applied to your final bill if you switch supplier or leave at any point during the Contract Term.
